Paying by Card

All credit and debit card payments are taken and processed through Google Checkout. This allows us to accept a full range of cards and even take payment in non-UK currency (exchange fees may apply). Click here to visit the Google Checkout site for more information.

Paying by Cheque

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please ensure that you have correctly calculated the total cost of the items you would like to order, including the correct delivery price (from the list below) and make your cheque payable to: 'StopGAP Dance Company'.

Please post your cheque along with a covering note listing the items you are ordering, your prefered delivery method and the delivery address to:

Delivery Rates

Standard – £2.50
Royal Mail 'Signed For'.
Allow between 4 to 8 days.

Express – £5.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Guaranteed 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

EU and overseas – £4.50
International Airmail.
Allow between 1 and 2 weeks.

Non-EU customers are responsible for the payment of any customs duty. Customers are advised to enquire with their local customs office to find out what the prevailing customs duty rates are. In the event of goods being returned due to non-payment of customs duty, we will administer a £15.00 admin charge to cover our costs.

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event the item ordered is not available, we will endeavour to ship it as soon as it becomes available, or if you prefer we will offer an alternative item or a full refund to you.

Returns Policy

If you need to return any items purchased through the StopGAP website, then please package them securely and mail them to:

All returned goods must be unopened if packaged and visibly unused if not. Clothing must be unworn and in original condition with any tags still attached.

Delivery charges will only be refunded if we have sent you the wrong goods. Any goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us will not be refunded, so we advise you to insure your postal package with a service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
